Brian Sutton

Sole Proprietor

Mr. Sutton has over 25 years experience in construction and remodeling and has been inspecting houses since 2007 as a Certified Residential and Commercial Inspector for Real Estate transactions.

He started working with his father, who was a journeyman plumber, until he passed away a few years ago. At the age of 16, he went into concrete, digging footers, tying steel rebar, pouring driveways and tie beams. After graduating high school he worked as an apprentice electrician and a marine electrician, before moving into the automotive field as a ASE Certified Parts Specialist. He has worked in almost every area of construction from roofing, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, electrical, waterproofing, plumbing and pipe fitting to the foundation and landscaping, decks and hardscapes. He also worked with local custom home builder Dennis Oconner, who was also a certified mold remediation contractor, until he passed away. He also performed inspection and repair services for a property management company for several years.

Mr. Sutton truly enjoys using his knowledge and experience to educate people about the home that they are buying or selling. He is proud to be a Residential Home Inspector, certified through InterNACHI, using their continuing education system to constantly increase his knowledge of home inspection and the industry.

Mr. Sutton is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Michigan (since 2021).
